Survival Swim
Programs enroll for 4-6 weeks and are priced based on the completion of the survival swim skillset.
ISR - Self Rescue®
ISR’s unique results are achieved through fully customized, safe and effective, one-on-one lessons with only your child and the Instructor in the water. What your child will learn, and the way he or she will learn it, is what makes ISR so different from traditional swimming lessons. Always putting safety first, ISR emphasizes competence, which leads to confidence, and provides the foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment in and around the water.
ISR teaches children to swim a short distance, rotate onto their back to a floating position, and then turn over to continue the sequence of swimming and floating until they can reach safety at the steps, side of the pool, or shoreline.
SOMA SWIM™
Based on the latest research in
nervous system development, SOMA SWIM builds a solid foundation for young swimmers through a deep understanding of somatic acclimation. Our program is built upon years of expertise in functional neurology and the intricate workings of the nervous system.
Our instructors are trained to formulate lesson modifications on a student-by-student basis, prioritizing the emotional well-being of each child. We understand that acclimating to the water can be daunting, which is why we focus extensively on incorporating soothing techniques and cranial sacral methods to aid in regulating the nervous system and adjusting to the aquatic environment, while simultaneously achieving independent survival and swim skills.
SKILL BUILDERS™
Programs enroll 2-4 weeks at a time for 2 or 4 days a week.
Semester sessions begin in the FALL!
Our SKILL BUILDERS™ program is an on-going curriculum, where there is no end to how much your child can learn! The focus is length, strength and precision in swimming. Each lesson is 10 full minutes of 1 to 1 instruction, with a focus on neurological learning methods for FAST, EFFECTIVE results. Your instructor will tailor a program to your child’s current skill level and will communicate clear goals for each session in which you enroll.

SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
Infants as young as 6 months CAN learn to get on their backs, maintain a float, and BREATHE. Toddlers CAN learn to swim to the steps, and if the steps are out of reach they CAN roll back to a float and BREATHE. This teaches a child true respect for the water, gives them realistic expectations of water interactions, and can be an added step of security in preventing drowning.
